This license is perpetual and irrevocable, even if you delete your account.
You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it you waive any moral rights that would otherwise restrict the Site’s use of the content. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to grant this license and that your content does not infringe upon any third‑party intellectual property or privacy rights.
tastybyma reserves the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms, is defamatory, or is otherwise deemed inappropriate, without notice or liability.
tastybyma provides recipes, cooking tips, and other information (“Content”) “as is” and “as available.” While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, reliability, or suitability of any Content for any purpose.
