Instructions

Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper for easier removal.

    Prepare Zucchini Batter:

      - In a mixing bowl, combine grated zucchini, 1 cup flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.

        - In another bowl, mix together granulated sugar, brown sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.

          - Gradually stir in the dry ingredients until just combined. Set aside.

            Prepare Chocolate Batter:

              - In a separate bowl, sift together 1 cup flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

                - In another bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, brown sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract, then mix in the milk until fully incorporated.

                  - Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

                    Marble the Batters:

                      - Drop spoonfuls of the zucchini batter into the prepared loaf pan, followed by spoonfuls of the chocolate batter.

                        - Continue layering alternating batters until both are used up.

                          - With a knife or skewer, gently swirl the batters to create a marble effect—be careful not to overmix!

Add Toppings: If desired, sprinkle chocolate chips and chopped nuts on top for added texture.

Bake: Place the loaf in the preheated oven and bake for 55-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cool: Once baked, remove the loaf from the oven and allow it to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.

Serve: Slice and enjoy your delicious Zucchini Chocolate Marble Loaf as a delightful breakfast treat or a sweet afternoon snack!
