4 cups watermelon, cubed and seedless

1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, packed

2 tablespoons lime juice (freshly squeezed)

2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)

1 1/2 cups ice cubes

Pinch of salt (to enhance flavor)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Watermelon: If you haven't done so already, cut the watermelon into cubes, removing any seeds. Aim for about 4 cups of fruit.

    Blend Ingredients: In a high-speed blender, combine the watermelon cubes, fresh mint leaves, lime juice, honey or agave syrup, and a pinch of salt.

      Add Ice: Add the ice cubes to the blender.

        Blend to Slush: Blend all the ingredients on high speed until you achieve a smooth, slushy consistency. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a bit more watermelon or a splash of water to thin it out.

          Taste and Adjust: Taste the slush and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey/agave syrup if desired. Blend again briefly if you add more ingredients.

            Serve: Pour the slush into chilled glasses, and if you like, garnish with additional fresh mint leaves and a slice of lime on the rim.
