1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup salsa

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 tablespoon olive oil

6 large flour tortillas

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Sour cream (for serving)

Sliced jalapeƱos (optional, for extra heat)

Cook the Turkey: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground turkey and cook, breaking it apart, until browned and cooked through (about 6-8 minutes).

    Add Spices: Stir in cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder to the turkey, combining well. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
