2 large sweet potatoes, cut into wedges

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust for spice preference)

1 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

For the Creamy Ranch Dip:

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Prepare the Sweet Potatoes: In a large bowl, combine the sweet potato wedges, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Toss well until the wedges are evenly coated with the seasoning.

      Bake the Wedges: Spread the seasoned sweet potato wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Make sure they have some space in between for even cooking. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they're golden brown and crispy on the outside.

        Make the Ranch Dip: While the sweet potatoes are baking, whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, fresh dill, garlic powder, onion powder, and lemon juice in a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
