1/2 cup almond flour

1/4 cup maple syrup or honey

1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (preferably 70% cocoa or higher)

2 tablespoons coconut cream (optional, for extra creaminess)

Extra shredded coconut for rolling (optional)

Mix the Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, almond flour, maple syrup (or honey), melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Stir until the mixture is well-combined and forms a sticky dough. If it feels too dry, add the optional coconut cream to achieve a creamier consistency.
