2 ripe peaches, sliced

4 whole wheat tortillas

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese

1/4 cup honey

1 tablespoon sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon lime juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Prepare the Spicy Honey Mixture: In a small bowl, combine honey and sriracha sauce. Mix until well blended. Set aside.

    Saute the Peaches: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced peaches and sauté for about 2-3 minutes until they are slightly softened. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Remove from heat.

      Assemble the Wraps: Lay a whole wheat tortilla flat on a clean surface. Start by placing a handful of fresh spinach in the center.
