Spicy Cheesy Sriracha Lime Air Fryer Meatballs

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, shredded mozzarella, breadcrumbs, chopped cilantro, minced garlic, egg, Sriracha, lime zest, lime juice, cumin, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix the ingredients until just combined. Avoid overmixing to keep the meatballs tender.
Use your hands to form the mixture into meatballs, about 0.0254 meters in diameter. You should yield approximately 20 meatballs.
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
Arrange the meatballs in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Make sure to leave space between the meatballs for even cooking.
Cook the meatballs for 11, or until they are golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 70°C).
After cooking, carefully remove the meatballs from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes. Drizzle extra Sriracha over the top if desired.
Serve hot, garnished with additional chopped cilantro and lime wedges on the side.
