1 ripe avocado, mashed

2 tablespoons ranch dressing

1 teaspoon sriracha (or to taste)

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 flour tortillas (8-inch)

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

Optional: diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, or crispy bacon for topping

Prepare the Egg Mixture: In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

    Cook the Eggs: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add a splash of oil or butter to the pan. Once hot, pour in the egg mixture. Gently stir the eggs with a spatula, cooking until just set but still soft and creamy. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
