Ingredients

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped

1 cup milk chocolate chips

1 cup vanilla pudding

1 cup whipped cream

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 cup chocolate syrup (for drizzle)

Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture:

    - In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.

      Assemble the Quesadillas:

        - Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture on one tortilla.

          - Evenly layer chopped strawberries, a third of the chocolate chips, and a layer of vanilla pudding over the cream cheese.

            - Sprinkle a layer of whipped cream over the pudding, then top with another tortilla.

              - Press down gently to secure the layers.

                Cook the Quesadillas:

                  - Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add a small amount of butter for a richer flavor.

                    - Place one assembled quesadilla in the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the skillet and repeat with the remaining quesadillas.

                      Prepare the Cocoa Cream:

                        - In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining whipped cream with the unsweetened cocoa powder until well combined and smooth.

                          Serve the Quesadillas:

                            - Cut the quesadillas into wedges and arrange on a plate. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and optionally garnish with fresh basil leaves.

                              - Serve with the chocolate whipped cream on the side for dipping.

                                Enjoy:
