4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste

8 oz burrata cheese

2 tablespoons honey

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Balsamic glaze, for drizzling

Optional: Crusty bread or crackers, for serving

Instructions
 

Prep the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium heat.

    Prepare Peaches: Brush the cut sides of the peach halves with olive oil and season lightly with salt and black pepper.

      Grill Peaches: Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill. Grill for about 3-4 minutes or until grill marks appear and the peaches are slightly softened. Carefully flip and grill for an additional 2 minutes to heat through.
