Ingredients

1 lb pulled pork (pre-cooked or leftover)

1 cup zesty BBQ sauce (store-bought or homemade)

8 slider buns (mini burger buns)

1/2 cup coleslaw mix (store-bought or homemade)

1/4 cup diced pickles

1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (optional for heat)

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro or parsley, for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Pulled Pork: If using pre-cooked pulled pork, heat it in a skillet over medium heat. Add the zesty BBQ sauce and mix well. Let it warm through for about 5-7 minutes until hot and coated well. If using leftovers, just reheat gently with the sauce.

Make the Slaw: In a mixing bowl, combine the coleslaw mix with the apple cider vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss until well combined, and let it sit for a few minutes to soften.

Assemble the Sliders: Cut the slider buns in half. Lay the bottom halves on a serving platter. Spoon a generous amount of the BBQ pulled pork onto each bottom bun. Top with a scoop of the prepared coleslaw, followed by diced pickles and sliced jalapeños, if using.

Finish Off: Place the top halves of the buns over the assembled sliders. You can also drizzle a bit more BBQ sauce on top for extra flavor.

Serve: Garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley. Serve immediately with extra BBQ sauce on the side for dipping.
