Ingredients

1 large ciabatta or French baguette (about 12 inches)

1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and thoroughly drained

1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for heat)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Bread: Slice the ciabatta or baguette in half lengthwise. If you prefer, hollow out some of the bread's interior to create more space for the dip. Place the bread halves on a baking tray, cut side up.

Mix the Dip: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until well blended.

Add Spinach and Artichokes: Fold in the drained spinach and chopped artichoke hearts. Mix in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using. Stir until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Fill the Bread: Spoon the cheesy spinach and artichoke mixture generously onto the cut sides of the bread. Make sure to spread it evenly to the edges.

Bake: Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the bread is slightly golden.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes. Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the top for a pop of color. Slice into pieces and serve warm.
