2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works great)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup pepper-jack cheese, shredded

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup diced green onions (plus more for garnish)

1/4 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled, adjust to taste)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Tortilla chips or pita bread for serving

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, pepper-jack cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, and mayonnaise. Mix until well combined.

      Add Flavorings: Stir in the diced green onions, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

        Transfer to Baking Dish: Spread the mixture evenly into a 9x9 inch baking dish or a similar-sized oven-safe dish.

          Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and lightly golden on top.
