Ingredients

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons sugar

2 ripe bananas, sliced

1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix

2 cups cold milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup whipped topping (Cool Whip)

Additional banana slices and whipped topping for garnish

Optional: crushed graham crackers for topping

Instructions

Prepare the crust: In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until the crumbs are well coated and start to clump together.

Assemble the cups: Press a tablespoon of the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of each serving cup. Use the back of a spoon to flatten it down. Set aside.

Make the pudding: In another bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes until thickened. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.

Incorporate the whipped topping: Gently fold in the whipped topping to the pudding mixture until fully combined and smooth.

Layer the cups: Spoon a layer of the pudding mixture over the crust in each cup, followed by a layer of banana slices. Repeat this process until the cups are filled, finishing with the pudding mixture on the top layer.

Chill: Cover the cups with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate them for at least 2 hours to set.

Garnish: Just before serving, top each cup with additional banana slices, a dollop of whipped topping, and a sprinkle of crushed graham crackers if desired.
