Ingredients

8 oz spaghetti

1 lb ground beef (or turkey)

1 packet taco seasoning

1 cup marinara sauce

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup diced red onion

1/2 cup sliced black olives

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

1 package taco shells (mini)

Cooking spray

Instructions

Cook the Spaghetti: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Meat: In a skillet over medium heat, add ground beef (or turkey) and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Add Flavor: Sprinkle the taco seasoning over browned meat and mix in the marinara sauce. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5-7 minutes until heated through and well combined.

Combine the Pasta: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti with the meat mixture. Stir until the spaghetti is evenly coated with the sauce.

Build the Taco Bites: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray. Carefully fill each mini taco shell with the spaghetti and meat mixture, packing it gently.

Top it Off: Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded cheddar cheese on top of each filled taco shell.

Bake: Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Garnish: Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Before serving, top with diced red onion, sliced black olives, and chopped cilantro if desired.

Serve: Carefully remove the mini spaghetti taco bites from the muffin tin and serve warm. Enjoy your delicious twist on two classic favorites!
