Ingredients

1 pack of mini graham cracker pie crusts (6 count)

2 cups of your favorite ice cream (vanilla, chocolate, or a mix)

1/2 cup of mixed toppings (chocolate chips, sprinkles, crushed cookies, or nuts)

1/4 cup of hot fudge or caramel sauce

Whipped cream for topping

Fresh fruits (like strawberries or blueberries) for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prep the Crusts: Start by placing the mini graham cracker pie crusts on a baking sheet for easy handling later.

Ice Cream Softening: Let your chosen ice cream sit at room temperature for about 5-10 minutes until it softens slightly. This will make it easier to scoop and spread.

Fill the Crusts: Using a spoon or small spatula, fill each mini pie crust with the softened ice cream, filling it to the top. Use the back of the spoon to smooth the surface.

Add Toppings: Sprinkle your mixed toppings evenly over the ice cream in each pie. Gently press them down so they stick.

Drizzle the Sauce: Add a drizzle of hot fudge or caramel sauce over the toppings for an extra kick of flavor.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet with the mini ice cream pies in the freezer. Let them freeze for at least 4 hours or until the ice cream is firm.

Serve: Once the mini ice cream pies are fully frozen, remove them from the freezer. Top each pie with a generous dollop of whipped cream and garnish with fresh fruits if desired.

Enjoy! Use a sharp knife to cut through the graham cracker crust while serving, or let everyone enjoy their own pie right from the baking sheet.
