8 small corn tortillas

1 cup cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed

1 cup corn (fresh, canned, or frozen)

1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon taco seasoning

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

½ cup sour cream

½ cup salsa (store-bought or homemade)

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Jalapeño slices (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare Tortilla Cups:

      - Use a round cookie cutter or the top of a glass to cut each tortilla into smaller circles (approximately 3 inches in diameter).

        - Lightly brush or spray a muffin tin with cooking spray. Press each tortilla circle into the muffin cups to form small bowls.

          Bake Tortilla Cups:

            - Bake the tortilla cups in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes or until they are crispy and lightly golden. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning. Once done, remove from the oven and let them cool.

              Mix Chicken Filling:

                - In a medium bowl, combine shredded chicken, black beans, corn, taco seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine all ingredients evenly.

                  Assemble Cups:
