1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated flaky biscuit dough (about 8 biscuits)

6 large eggs

1/2 cup milk

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

8 slices of crispy cooked bacon, chopped

2 tablespoons butter

Fresh chives, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Prepare the Biscuits: Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Arrange them on the prepared baking sheet, placing them a few inches apart. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly.

      Cook the Eggs: While the biscuits are baking, whisk together the eggs and milk in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

        Scramble the Eggs: In a medium skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Pour in the egg mixture and cook, stirring gently, until the eggs are just set but still soft. Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and chopped bacon until the cheese is melted and mixed well.
