Ingredients

4 cups water

3-4 bags green tea or black tea (depending on your preference)

1 ripe mango, peeled and diced

2 passionfruits, halved and pulp scooped out

1/4 cup honey or agave syrup (adjust for sweetness)

Juice of 1 lime

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Ice cubes

Instructions

Boil the Water: Start by bringing 4 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan. Once it reaches a boil, remove it from the heat.

Steep the Tea: Add the tea bags to the hot water and let them steep for 5-7 minutes. The longer the tea steeps, the stronger the flavor. Remove the tea bags and set the brewed tea aside to cool.

Prepare the Fruit: While the tea is steeping, prepare your fruits. Dice the mango into small pieces and scoop out the pulp of the passionfruits into a bowl.

Blend the Fruit: In a blender, combine the diced mango, passionfruit pulp, honey (or agave syrup), and lime juice. Blend until smooth and well combined. You can add a splash of water if necessary to help with blending.

Mix the Tea: Once the tea has cooled to room temperature, pour the fruit puree into a large pitcher. Strain the tea into the pitcher through a fine mesh sieve to remove any tea leaves or solids.

Stir and Adjust: Stir the mixture well to combine the tea and fruit thoroughly. Taste and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey if desired. For a lighter flavor, you can dilute with additional water or ice.

Chill the Iced Tea: Refrigerate the pitcher for at least 2 hours or until thoroughly chilled.

Serve: Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled mango passionfruit iced tea over the ice. Garnish each glass with fresh mint leaves.

Enjoy: Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Tropical Bliss Mango Passionfruit Iced Tea!
