1 large head of cauliflower

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon fresh parsley, finely chopped (for garnish)

Prep the Cauliflower: Begin by removing the outer leaves of the cauliflower and carefully slice it into 1-inch thick steaks. You should get about 3-4 steaks from each head, depending on its size. Try to keep the center intact so the steaks hold together.

    Make the Marinade: In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano. Whisk until well combined.

      Marinate the Steaks: Place the cauliflower steaks in a shallow dish or a large resealable bag. Pour the marinade over the cauliflower, ensuring each steak is covered evenly. Let it marinate for at least 20 minutes, or you can refrigerate it for a couple of hours for a more robust flavor.

        Preheat the Grill/Oven: If grilling, preheat your grill to medium heat. If baking, preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

          Cook the Cauliflower Steaks:
