12 oz penne pasta

1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces

4 tbsp unsalted butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

Zest and juice of 1 large lemon

1 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for topping

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Add the green beans during the last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside.

      Make the Lemon Butter Sauce: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes; sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute). Stir in the lemon zest and juice.
