Ingredients

2 cups fresh blackberries

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

Optional: shredded coconut or crushed nuts for topping

Instructions

Prepare the Blackberries: Wash the blackberries thoroughly under cold water. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel and set aside.

Make the Yogurt Mixture: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth and evenly mixed. Adjust sweetness to your taste.

Combine Fruits and Yogurt: Gently fold the blackberries into the yogurt mixture, ensuring they are well-coated without crushing them.

Fill the Molds: Using a spoon or a small spatula, carefully spoon the blackberry yogurt mixture into silicone ice cube trays or mini muffin cups. Leave a small space at the top of each mold, as the mixture may expand while freezing.

Top It Off: If desired, sprinkle a little shredded coconut or crushed nuts on top of each bite for added texture and flavor.

Freeze: Place the filled molds in the freezer and allow them to freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.

Serve & Enjoy: Once frozen, carefully remove the yogurt bites from the molds. Enjoy them immediately or store them in an airtight freezer bag for later snacking.
