1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey for a lighter option)

1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup finely chopped green onions

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 large egg

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat)

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup Sriracha sauce

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp rice vinegar

Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Fresh cilantro or parsley (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Prepare the Meatball Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, green onions, minced garlic, egg, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes (if using). Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.

      Form the Meatballs: Using your hands, shape the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spaced evenly apart.
