Healthy Greek Chicken Pita Wraps

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

4 whole wheat pita breads

1 cup Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 small cucumber, diced

1 medium tomato, diced

1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat them well in the marinade. Cover with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

    Cook the Chicken: Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken is nicely charred. Once done, take it off the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
