Healthy Greek Chicken Pita Wraps

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

4 whole grain pita breads

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cucumber, diced

1 red onion, thinly sliced

1 cup baby spinach or mixed greens

½ cup feta cheese, crumbled

½ cup tzatziki sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add chicken breasts, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours for deeper flavor.

    Cook the Chicken: Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear. Let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.

      Prepare the Veggies: While the chicken is cooking, chop halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, and thinly sliced red onion. Set aside.
