1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 large flour tortillas or wraps

2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

1/2 cup Caesar dressing

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup croutons, crushed (optional)

Lemon wedges, for garnish

Marinate the Shrimp: In a bowl, combine the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the shrimp are well-coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.

    Preheat the Grill: Heat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Ensure it is nice and hot before adding the shrimp.
