Grilled Chicken Strawberry Wraps

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup spinach leaves (fresh)

½ cup crumbled feta cheese

4 whole wheat tortillas

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

1 teaspoon honey

Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional: ¼ cup chopped walnuts or pecans for crunch

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat them well. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for more flavor).

    Grill the Chicken: Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken is cooked through. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips.
