2 large chicken breasts

4 whole wheat tortillas

4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

1/2 cup Caesar dressing

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup croutons

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil for grilling

Optional: lemon wedges and extra Parmesan for serving

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken breasts in the mixture and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

    Grill the Chicken: Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat. Grill the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Remove from the grill and let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before slicing it thinly.

      Prepare the Salad: In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Toss well to ensure the lettuce is evenly coated.

        Assemble the Wraps: Lay a whole wheat tortilla flat on a clean surface. Place a generous portion of the Caesar salad mixture in the center, followed by some sliced grilled chicken.

          Wrap It Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it from the bottom up, ensuring that the filling is tightly secured inside. Repeat with the remaining tortillas, chicken, and salad.
