Ingredients

1 large flatbread or naan

1 cup cooked grilled chicken, sliced

1/2 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1 medium tomato, diced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Oven: Preheat your grill or oven to 375°F (190°C).

Season the Chicken: If grilling fresh chicken, season it with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Grill the chicken until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes per side, then slice thinly.

Prep the Flatbread: Place the flatbread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or directly on the grill grate if grilling.

Spread the Sauce: Evenly spread the Alfredo sauce over the flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges.

Layer the Toppings: Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Then evenly distribute the grilled chicken slices, fresh spinach leaves, diced tomato, and the remaining mozzarella cheese. Finally, top with grated Parmesan cheese.

Grill or Bake: If using a grill, close the lid and cook for about 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the edges of the flatbread are golden. For an oven, bake for about 15-20 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.

Finish with Garnish: Remove from heat, allow to cool slightly, and garnish with fresh basil leaves, if desired.

Slice and Serve: Cut into slices or squares and serve warm.
