1 pound ground turkey

1/2 cup diced green chilies (canned or fresh)

1/4 cup finely chopped red onion

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for added texture)

8 slider buns

1 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded

Sliced avocado (for topping)

Sliced jalapeños (for garnish)

Fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Mayonnaise or avocado spread (for serving)

Prepare the Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, diced green chilies, red onion, minced garlic, ground cumin, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and breadcrumbs (if using). Mix until just combined—be careful not to over-mix.

    Form the Patties: Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a small patty, about 1/2 inch thick.
