Ingredients

4 large ears of corn, husked

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/4 cup honey

1 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Lime wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Prepare the Corn:

    - Cut each ear of corn in half, then slice each half into quarters lengthwise to create the ribs shape. This should give you about 16 corn ribs.

      Make the Honey Butter:

        - In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter and honey, whisking until well combined. Stir in the sea salt, smoked paprika, black pepper, and fresh lime juice.

          Coat the Corn Ribs:

            - Place the corn ribs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush generously with the honey butter mixture, ensuring each piece is well-coated.

              Grill the Corn Ribs:

                - Preheat your grill to medium heat. Place the corn ribs directly on the grill grates. Grill for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and have nice grill marks.

                  Glaze with Remaining Butter:

                    - Halfway through grilling, brush more of the honey butter mixture over the corn ribs to enhance the flavor and caramelization.

                      Garnish & Serve:

                        - Once cooked, remove the corn ribs from the grill. Transfer to a serving platter and sprinkle with chopped parsley or cilantro. Serve with lime wedges on the side for an extra citrus kick.

Enjoy these delightful Golden Honey Butter Corn Ribs as a side dish or a unique appetizer at your next gathering!
