Ingredients

3 cups all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons active dry yeast

1 teaspoon sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup warm milk (110°F)

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Additional melted butter for brushing

Instructions

Prepare the Dough:

In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until bubbly.

      Mix the Dry Ingredients:

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, garlic powder, and dried Italian herbs.

          Combine Wet and Dry:

Once the yeast mixture is bubbly, add it to the dry ingredients along with melted butter. Mix until the dough starts to come together.

              Knead the Dough:

Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes, until smooth and elastic.

                  First Rise:

Place the kneaded dough in a greased bowl, cover with a kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

                      Prepare Garlic Butter:

While the dough rises, melt 1/4 cup of butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in minced garlic and half of the chopped parsley, and set aside.

                          Shape the Dough:

Once the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into small pieces (about 1-inch balls). Dip each ball in the garlic butter mixture, then roll them in grated Parmesan cheese.

                              Arrange the Dough:

In a greased bundt pan or springform pan, stack the buttery cheese-coated dough balls in layers, sprinkling the remaining parsley between layers.

                                  Second Rise:

Cover the pan with a towel and let it rise for another 30 minutes until puffy.

                                      Bake the Pull-Apart Bread:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the bread for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown on top and cooked through.

                                          Cool and Serve:

Allow to cool for about 10 minutes in the pan before inverting onto a serving platter. Brush with additional melted garlic butter before serving. Enjoy your Golden Garlic Parmesan Pull-Apart fresh out of the oven!
