Garlic Lime Shrimp Lettuce Wraps

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 lime (zest and juice)

1 teaspoon honey

1 teaspoon chili powder

½ teaspoon cumin

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 head of butter or Boston lettuce, leaves separated

1 cup shredded carrots

1 avocado, diced

½ cup chopped cilantro

¼ cup sliced radishes (optional, for garnish)

Hot sauce (optional, for serving)

Instructions
 

Marinate the Shrimp: In a bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, minced garlic, lime juice, lime zest, honey, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Toss until the shrimp are well-coated. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.

    Cook the Shrimp: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated shrimp. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until the shrimp are pink and opaque. Remove from heat.
