Fruit Skewers with Yogurt Dip

For the Fruit Skewers:

1 cup pineapple chunks

1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved

1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced

1 cup mango, peeled and cubed

1 cup grapes (red or green)

1 banana, sliced

Wooden or metal skewers

For the Yogurt Dip:

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons honey (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Prep the Fruit: Start by washing all the fruit thoroughly. Cut the pineapple into chunks, halve the strawberries, peel and slice the kiwi, cube the mango, and slice the banana.

    Assemble the Skewers: Take a wooden or metal skewer and begin layering the fruit in a colorful pattern. You can use a pineapple chunk, followed by a strawberry half, then a slice of kiwi, and continue alternating until the skewer is filled. Aim for about 5-6 pieces of fruit per skewer. Repeat until all the fruit is used.

      Make the Yogurt Dip: In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon (if using). Mix until the ingredients are well incorporated and the dip is smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more honey if desired.

        Serve the Skewers: Arrange the fruit skewers on a large serving platter. Place the yogurt dip in a small bowl at the center or on the side, garnishing it with fresh mint leaves if using.
