Ingredients

1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or your favorite yogurt)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust according to sweetness preference)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

ΒΌ cup granola (optional, for added crunch)

2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Base: In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined and smooth.

Line the Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet (approximately 9x13 inches) with parchment paper, ensuring it extends over the edges for easy removal later.

Spread the Yogurt: Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and use a spatula to spread it evenly into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.

Add Strawberries: Evenly distribute the sliced strawberries over the yogurt base. Press them gently into the yogurt to ensure they stick.

Add Optional Toppings: Sprinkle granola and mini chocolate chips over the top for extra flavor and texture, if desired.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 2-3 hours, or until completely solid.

Break into Bark: Once frozen, remove the yogurt bark from the freezer. Use a sharp knife or break it into pieces by hand along the edges.

Serve: Enjoy immediately or store the pieces in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month.
