Ingredients

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons matcha green tea powder

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, or blackberries)

1 tablespoon coconut flakes (optional, for garnish)

1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, matcha powder, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and fully blended, making sure there are no lumps from the matcha.

Prepare the Berry Mixture: In another small bowl, gently toss the mixed berries with a little honey or maple syrup if you prefer them sweeter; this step is optional.

Make the Bites: Using a silicone ice cube tray or mini muffin tin, fill each compartment about halfway with the matcha yogurt mixture.

Add the Berries: Carefully place a few mixed berries into each compartment, pressing them down slightly to ensure they are submerged in the yogurt. You can also add more yogurt on top if needed to fully cover the berries.

Freeze: Place the tray in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until completely frozen.

Serve: Once frozen, gently pop out the yogurt bites from the tray. If you're using a muffin tin, you may need to run warm water over the bottom of the tin to release them easily.

Garnish (Optional): Before serving, sprinkle with coconut flakes and chia seeds for added texture and visual appeal.

Enjoy: These delightful Frozen Yogurt Matcha Berry Bites are perfect for a refreshing snack, a healthy dessert, or a cooling treat on a hot day!
