Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/4 cup maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 cup granola (your favorite blend, preferably with nuts and dried fruit)

1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)

A pinch of sea salt

Optional: Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of sea salt. Stir well until all ingredients are fully integrated. The mixture should be smooth and creamy.

Layer the Mixture: Line a baking dish (approximately 9x9 inches) with parchment paper, allowing some of the paper to hang over the edges for easy removal. Pour half of the yogurt mixture into the lined dish and spread it evenly.

Add Berries and Granola: Evenly distribute your mixed berries over the yogurt layer, followed by a generous sprinkle of granola. Press it down gently with a spatula to ensure it sticks.

Finish Layering: Pour the remaining yogurt mixture on top of the granola and berries, smoothing it out with a spatula. Optionally, you can sprinkle a little more granola on top for added texture and aesthetics.

Freeze: Cover the dish with plastic wrap or aluminum foil and place it in the freezer. Let it freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until the mixture is completely solid.

Cut into Wedges: Once fully frozen, remove the dish from the freezer. Lift the frozen yogurt slab out using the edges of the parchment paper. Place it on a cutting board and cut into wedges (about 8-10 pieces based on preference).

Serve: Enjoy immediately! You can optionally garnish with fresh mint leaves or a drizzle of extra maple syrup for added sweetness before serving.

Storage: Place any leftover wedges in an airtight container and return to the freezer for up to one week.
