1/2 cup toffee bits (store-bought or homemade)

A pinch of sea salt

Optional: 1/2 teaspoon espresso powder (for a coffee kick)

Prepare the Yogurt Mix: In a medium bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and optional espresso powder until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

    Mold the Rounds: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Use a silicone mold or a small round cookie cutter (around 2 inches in diameter) to create rounds. Spoon the yogurt mixture into the mold, filling it evenly. If using a cookie cutter, place it on the parchment before filling.

      Sprinkle the Toffee: Lightly press toffee bits into the top of each yogurt round. This will ensure that the toffee sticks during the freezing process.

        Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth and fully melted.

          Coat the Rounds: Once the yogurt rounds are frozen (about 1-2 hours), remove them from their molds or carefully peel them off the parchment. Dip each round into the melted chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off. Place the coated rounds back on the parchment.
