2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup cocoa powder

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1 cup crushed toffee bars (like Heath or Skor)

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate

1 cup crushed graham crackers (for the base)

1/4 cup melted coconut oil

Prepare the Base: In a mixing bowl, combine crushed graham crackers with melted coconut oil until well mixed. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of an 8x8-inch baking dish to create an even layer. Set aside in the freezer for about 15 minutes to firm up.

    Mix the Yogurt Filling: In another bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and sea salt until smooth and well combined. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

      Add the Crunch: Gently fold the crushed toffee bars and mini chocolate chips into the yogurt mixture, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
