2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

1/2 cup crushed fresh mint leaves (or 1 teaspoon peppermint extract)

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/3 cup chopped nuts (optional, pecans or almonds work great)

Cooking spray or parchment paper for lining the pan

Prepare the Pan: Line an 8x8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal. Lightly spray with cooking spray if you are not using parchment.
