½ cup almond milk

Prepare the Cherry Mixture: If using fresh cherries, wash, pit, and slice them in half. If using frozen cherries, briefly thaw them. In a blender, combine the cherries, 1 tablespoon of honey (or maple syrup), and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth, but leave some small chunks for texture. Set aside.

    Make the Yogurt Base: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, almond milk, the remaining honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and almond extract until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
