Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

1 cup granola (your favorite blend)

1/2 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans)

1/2 cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, or apricots)

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips or yogurt-covered raisins

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Silicone coin-shaped mold or any small circular molds

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup (if using) and vanilla extract. Stir well until smooth and evenly mixed. Adjust sweetness to your liking.

Mix in the Trail Mix: Gently fold in the granola, mixed nuts, dried fruit, and mini chocolate chips into the yogurt mixture until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Mold the Coins: Spoon the yogurt trail mix mixture into the silicone coin-shaped mold, filling each cavity about 3/4 full. Tap the mold lightly on the counter to remove any air pockets and ensure the mixture settles well.

Freeze the Mixture: Place the mold in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until fully set.

Unmold the Coins: Once frozen solid, carefully remove the trail mix coins from the molds by gently pushing from the bottom. If they are sticking, run a light stream of warm water over the outside of the mold for just a few seconds to help release them.

Serve or Store: Enjoy the Frozen Yogurt Cereal Trail Mix Coins immediately or store them in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month.

Optional Serving Suggestions: Serve with fresh fruit, a drizzle of honey, or enjoy them as a fun topping on smoothies or dessert bowls.
