Ingredients

2 cups of your favorite cereal (e.g., cornflakes, rice krispies)

1 cup whole milk

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Fresh berries for topping (optional)

Instructions

Infuse the Milk: In a medium bowl, combine the whole milk with the cereal. Let it sit for about 10-15 minutes to allow the cereal to infuse its flavor into the milk. After the time has passed, strain the milky mixture to remove the cereal bits, retaining the flavored milk in a separate bowl.

Mix Yogurt Base: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the strained cereal-infused milk, Greek yogurt, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt until you achieve a smooth consistency.

Add Chocolate Chips: If you’re using mini chocolate chips, fold them into the yogurt mixture for added texture and sweetness.

Prepare the Freezing Pan: Line an 8x8 inch square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal later.

Pour and Smooth: Pour the yogurt mixture into the prepared baking dish. Use a spatula to smooth the top evenly.

Freeze: Cover the dish with plastic wrap or aluminum foil and place it in the freezer. Allow it to freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely firm.

Cut Into Squares: Once fully frozen, remove the dish from the freezer. Lift the frozen yogurt block out by the parchment paper overhang, and place it on a cutting board. Using a sharp knife, cut it into squares or rectangles as desired.

Serve: Let the squares sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes before serving to soften slightly. Top with fresh berries if desired for an extra burst of flavor.

Store: Any leftovers can be returned to the freezer in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
