Ingredients

For the Crust:

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

3 tablespoons melted butter

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

For the Cheesecake Filling:

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries), chopped

For the Topping:

Additional mixed berries

Drizzle of honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Crust:

In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Stir until the crumbs are well coated and the mixture resembles wet sand.

      Press the Crust:

Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners. Evenly distribute the crumb mixture into the bottom of each liner, pressing down firmly with your fingers or a small measuring cup to form a compact crust.

          Make the Filling:

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth using an electric mixer. Add the Greek yogurt, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until you have a creamy and homogenous mixture. Fold in the chopped mixed berries gently.

              Fill the Bites:

Spoon the cheesecake filling over the crust in each mini muffin liner, filling them almost to the top. Smooth the surface with the back of a spoon.

                  Freeze the Bites:

Place the muffin tin in the freezer and freeze for at least 3-4 hours, or until the cheesecake bites are solid.

                      Serve:

Once frozen, carefully remove the cheesecake bites from the muffin tin by peeling away the liners. Arrange them on a serving plate, top with additional berries, and drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.

                          Enjoy:

Serve these delightful Frozen Yogurt Berry Cheesecake Bites immediately for a refreshing treat!
