Ingredients

4 cups of seedless watermelon, cut into cubes and frozen

1/4 cup of fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)

1 tablespoon of honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)

1/2 cup of coconut water (or regular water)

A pinch of sea salt

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Watermelon: Start by cutting a ripe seedless watermelon into cubes and placing them in a single layer on a baking sheet. Freeze the cubes for at least 4 hours or until solid.

Blend the Ingredients: In a powerful blender, combine the frozen watermelon cubes, fresh lime juice, honey or agave syrup, coconut water, and a pinch of sea salt.

Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high until all ingredients are fully combined, and the mixture reaches a slush-like consistency. If it’s too thick, you can add a little more coconut water to help it blend smoothly.

Taste and Adjust: Taste the slush and adjust the sweetness or acidity by adding more honey or lime juice as desired. Blend again after adjustments.

Serve and Garnish: Scoop the slush into chilled glasses. Garnish with fresh mint leaves for a refreshing touch.

Enjoy: Serve immediately and enjoy this tropical delight on a hot day!
