2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1 large ripe banana, sliced

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional, for drizzle)

1/4 cup crushed nuts (almonds or walnuts, optional)

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until all ingredients are well blended and smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.

    Layer the Yogurt: Line a baking sheet (or a shallow dish) with parchment paper. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the parchment paper and spread it out evenly with a spatula, creating a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.

      Add the Fruits: Evenly scatter the sliced bananas and strawberries over the yogurt layer, pressing them gently into the yogurt. You can create a fun pattern or just sprinkle them randomly for a more casual look.
