2 cups frozen pineapple chunks

1 ripe banana, sliced and frozen

1 cup coconut milk (canned or carton for a lighter version)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess)

1/4 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)

Toppings: Fresh pineapple slices, banana slices, granola, chia seeds, shredded coconut, and mint leaves

Instructions

Blend the Base: In a blender, combine the frozen pineapple chunks, frozen banana slices, coconut milk, honey (if using), and Greek yogurt (if using). Blend until smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape the sides of the blender or add a little more coconut milk for the desired consistency.

Taste and Adjust: Taste the smoothie mixture and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or maple syrup. Blend again until fully combined.

Prepare the Serving Bowls: Once you achieve the creamy consistency, pour the smoothie into two Bowls. Use a spatula to make smooth, even surfaces if desired.

Add Toppings: Sprinkle the shredded coconut evenly over the top. Then, artfully arrange the fresh pineapple slices, banana slices, and granola for added texture and flavor. Finish off with chia seeds, more coconut, and a sprig of mint for a lovely presentation.

Serve Immediately: Enjoy your tropical bowls right away for the best flavor and texture!
