To ensure that the chocolate chips are evenly distributed throughout the mixture, stir them in gently after combining the yogurt and coffee mixture. Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

1/2 cup brewed coffee, cooled to room temperature

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 cup chocolate chips

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Optional toppings: crushed nuts, chocolate shavings, or a drizzle of chocolate syrup

Instructions

Prepare the Coffee Mixture: In a small bowl, combine the brewed coffee and cocoa powder. Stir until the cocoa powder is fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth. Set aside to cool if necessary.

Make the Yogurt Base: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until well combined and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.

Create the Mocha Swirl: Take the cooled coffee mixture and gently drizzle it into the yogurt mixture. Using a spoon or a spatula, lightly fold the coffee mixture into the yogurt without fully blending. You want to create a beautiful swirl effect.

Add Chocolate Chips: Fold in the chocolate chips, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

Transfer to Pan: Line an 8x8-inch (or 9x9-inch) baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easier removal. Pour the yogurt mixture into the prepared dish, spreading it into an even layer.

Freeze the Bars: Cover the dish with plastic wrap or a lid and place it in the freezer for at least 4 to 6 hours, or until completely frozen.

Slice and Serve: Once fully frozen, remove the dish from the freezer. Using the parchment paper overhang, lift the frozen block out of the pan. Slice it into bars of your preferred size.

Add Toppings (Optional): If desired, sprinkle with crushed nuts, chocolate shavings, or drizzle some chocolate syrup over the top before serving for an extra treat!

Store Leftovers: Keep any leftover bars in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
