Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored, your choice)

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups granola (store-bought or homemade)

1/2 cup mixed nuts, chopped (almonds, walnuts, pecans)

1/2 cup dried fruits (cranberries, raisins, or apricots)

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Cooking spray or parchment paper

Instructions

Prepare the Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly spray it with cooking spray to prevent sticking.

Mix Yogurt Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, sea salt, and cinnamon (if using). Stir well until everything is completely blended.

Incorporate Dry Ingredients: Fold in the granola, chopped nuts, and dried fruits into the yogurt mixture. Make sure all the dry ingredients are evenly coated with the yogurt.

Form Clusters: Using a tablespoon or a cookie scoop, drop clusters of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart. You can make them as big or as small as you like, but be consistent for even freezing.

Freeze Until Set: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and allow the clusters to freeze for at least 4 hours or until they are hard and set.

Store and Enjoy: Once fully frozen, transfer the granola clusters into a freezer-safe bag or container. Store in the freezer for up to 2 months. When ready to enjoy, simply take out a few clusters and savor them straight from the freezer!
